0:40And that's because they've got to follow you first.
0:42They've got to believe in you first.
0:43They've got to see your example first.
0:46You have to exude and embody that vision, that dream all the time.
0:51Before they commit to the mission, they have to trust the messenger.
0:54You can have the greatest strategy in the world, the clearest plan, the biggest dream.
0:59But if people don't trust the leader, they hesitate to follow the vision.
