909. Woo-woo practices that actually work + have radically changed my life

0:00I was in sleep paralysis for like three hours.

0:02It felt like I was just on this journey.

0:04It was like sucking my soul out of my body.

0:06And I had this entity in my room and it was like a little girl and it was very weird looking.

0:10It felt really off and I felt really uncomfortable, but I felt like I had to say yes because it was like a little girl.

0:15And it was like, asked me, can I come over to the bed?

0:18If you are feeling like something is off spiritually, you're getting a weird feeling.

0:21You know, there's kind of a darkness.

0:23I used to stuff all my clothes down the vent because this thing would come up through the vent and like get me at night.

0:28So I've been scared of spaces in the dark for so long.

0:31Everywhere in Europe, I'd be so scared because we were in these weird castles and these places where it's dingy and cold.

0:37And on these trips, I kid you not, I would sleep maximum 10 hours for a week because I'd be so terrified.
