0:29levels of hormones that regulate our appetite and our satiety. So even a single night of sleep
0:36deprivation can result in a dramatic increase in your calorie intake overnight. There have
0:42been some studies done, for example, in nurses. So there was a study done that followed
0:48up nurses for 18 years and they looked at their weight and how much they slept on a regular
0:54basis and what they found is that those nurses that were sleeping less than about six hours
