0:00You can cut every tendon, nerve, bone, eyeball.
0:03There's only one thing you can't remove from the human body, fascia.
0:06If you can't remove it, that would indicate that we are it.
0:09I never have viewed the fascia the way that you view it.
0:13This connective tissue you view as a superhighway for everything from minerals, vitamins, amino acids, nutrients, to the delivery of signals to a place where we actually lock up trauma.
0:26What we're doing with fascial maneuvers is reducing the friction.
0:29And when we reduce the friction, all those muscles, tendon, nerves, bones, everything organizes and works better.
0:34So that changed my belief system of how to get performance out of the body.
0:38It does inherently make a lot of sense.
0:40That fascia that's connecting everything, which is also a communication system, when it gets stressed, that there's some kind of communication pathway that's interrupted there.
0:49And I think people can benefit so much.
0:51But if you just have minerals and you move your body like fascially, things get better no matter what it is.
0:56So in other words, it's within the reach of everybody.
