0:36And I want you to know that the more competent that you are, the more likely you are to experience it.

0:42And that is the imposter syndrome.

0:44I'm talking about that deep, quiet, psychological version of the imposter syndrome, the one that shows up when you're actually doing well, or you're trying to push yourself to step into something new, or you're getting new opportunities, or people are actually starting to respect you, or maybe you got a promotion, and there's still that voice in the back of your head that says, yeah, but they don't really know who I am yet.
