0:00I felt like it was a scam.

0:05I don't think that people should just be willy-nilly on the street calling themselves a coach.
0:10I want to become a life coach, but calling myself one feels embarrassing.

0:15Think a therapist without the credentials.
0:17I completely thought coaching was fake and stupid and not real.
0:22And then I started doing it and now I have no need to explain.
0:25Who are you to tell me what to do?
0:26I had that same part come through before I started going to therapy where I was like, who's a therapist to tell me what to do?
0:32And this person came to be probably the second most important relationship at the time in my life next to my therapist.
0:38But for some reason in life, we kind of have this belief that we don't need a coach or we don't need someone that would help us be better or excel or see our biases or help hold us accountable or support us on the path.
